Es gibt nicht viele klassische Verfahren, die sich in der physiologisch-chemischen Forschung erhalten haben. Physik und Chemie entdecken immer wieder spezi- fische, genauere und bequemere analytische Moeglichkeiten, die von Biochemikern ubernommen und fur die Anwendung auf Pflanzenmaterial abgewandelt werden.
